Week 13 Waiver Wire Adds

Here we go. We are one week away for most leagues to start their fantasy playoffs. It has been a great season and would like to thank everyone who reads this for following along. I hope I have helped you in some way throughout the year. I want to apologize in advance, due to long work days the past 2 days, I will not have the time to add commentary for each of these pickups. I will however still rank them by priority. I didn't want to leave anyone hanging by not doing these this week.
